Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Budgio Money and related support resources. Last updated July 28, 2026.

1. Free and Plus access

Budgio Money can be used without payment for manual expense entry and the features identified in the app as Free. Optional Plus access unlocks the features identified on the purchase screen.

2. Seven-day Plus trial

An eligible installation may activate one seven-day Plus trial at no charge. The trial does not create a subscription, does not automatically convert to a paid purchase, and does not result in an automatic charge. When the trial ends, Plus features become locked unless you separately purchase Plus; Free features remain available.

3. One-time Plus purchase

Plus is offered as a one-time in-app purchase, not a recurring subscription. The price shown in the app is provided by Apple for your storefront and may vary by country, currency, taxes, or later pricing changes. Apple processes payment and governs billing, refunds, and purchase restoration under its applicable terms and policies.

4. Use of the app

You agree to use Budgio Money lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to app systems.

5. Financial information notice

Budgio Money provides budgeting and expense organization tools only. It does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

6. Data and backups

You are responsible for keeping any exported data files secure and retaining backups that meet your needs.

7. Limitation of liability

Budgio Money is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Anantek is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Updates to terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
